My favourite part so far is the emphasis on feeling good. If you’re anything like me, it’s easy to fall into the trap of trying to ‘make something happen’, wondering why working harder isn’t getting better results. This leads to resignation which definitely prevents success.
I see this with my clients too! There’s this beautiful balance between making your love life a priority and attracting it naturally that can be very tricky to navigate.
Most people seem to either try and force/rush an outcome or act totally apathetic about it.
Gabby B’s emphasis on making sure you have access to feeling good would definitely make a difference in the area of finding love or improving your love life.
I’ve been playing with some of her tools and noticed almost instantly that my usual irritability at around 4pm was vanishing. I also started feeling more alert in the mornings (even before my coffee!). I started going for longer walks with Isabella and staying at the park longer. When I feel good, Tommy seems to magically be even more attractive to me! I am filled with appreciation, love, and passion. (In contrast, when I’m not feeling good, no matter what Tommy does right, I’ll find a reason to be irritated lol).
But let’s think about the dating process. It’s so easy to get resigned about dating. It seems like one disappointment after the other doesn’t it? But then you’re walking into a date already about to be disappointed. That person doesn’t stand a chance just like Tommy doesn’t stand a chance when I’m irritable. Get focused on feeling good before your date and watch what happens.
