Okay so you’ve met someone, great, WAHOO! But OH NO! You can’t get him out of your head. I have 5 easy hacks for you to learn how to stop obsessive thoughts over a guy or how to stop obsessing about someone and free your mind so you can get back into your life!
Peace of mind is something we all want but it feels impossible when we can’t stop obsessing or thinking about that guy. It’s annoying right? Here are 5 simple hacks that I personally used when I would fall hard for someone and he consumed my thoughts.
1. Give yourself SOME time to think of him. When he pops into your head, acknowledge the thought, and then move on to something else. Don’t get mad at the thought. Treat it like a sneeze… let it happen and move on.
2. Get disciplined with your phone. If you keep checking your phone then you need to turn it off for hours at a time. Remove the temptation.

3. Fierce exercise. Do something physical that is so hard that you can’t focus on anything else! Full body push-ups or running as fast as you can are my favourites. If you’re thinking about him while exercising, you’re not being fierce enough.
4. Write out every single thought you have about him. When you run out of new thoughts, move on.
5. Do something that fulfills you. Whether it’s time in nature, visiting your niece or nephew, playing music or volunteering at your favourite organization– do those things that you can be completely engaged in that also fuel your soul.
